This is a video about Agile Methodologies that I created for my Master's Capstone Project. My topic was "Contemporary Issues In Agile Development," which required me to focus on Agile's methodological shortcomings.
As the video makes clear, I still think that the advantages of team oriented work structures are too great to ignore. Ever since "reading" (on Audible) Malcolm Gladwell's "The Tipping Point," I have been fascinated by the kind of influence that people have on each-other. Agile capitalizes partly on the influence of social contagion. I may elaborate on this further in a future blog or video.
